Vernest website privacy notice
This notice only covers the vernest.net website — the page that introduces Vernest and its apps. The website has no accounts, no forms to fill in, and collects none of your financial data.
Each Vernest app has its own privacy policy that spells out what it collects, where it is stored and for how long:
1. Who is responsible
The party responsible for personal data that arises when you view this website:

2. What the website collects
When you open a page, the server hosting the website automatically records your IP address, browser details (browser type, operating system) and the time of your visit. This is used only to deliver the page to your device and to protect the site from attacks.
The website does NOT:
- use tracking or advertising cookies;
- embed visitor analytics or behaviour tracking;
- load fonts, images or code from any other third party;
- ask for your name, email or phone number.
3. What is stored on your device
The website remembers exactly one thing: the language you picked (Tiếng Việt or English), kept in your browser’s storage on your device so the next visit opens in that language. It is never sent anywhere. To remove it, clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
4. Who receives the data, and transfers abroad
The website is hosted on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) acting as a Data Processor. Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser details SOLELY to serve the pages and block attacks, so this technical data is processed on Cloudflare’s servers, which may be outside Vietnam. Cloudflare’s data protection commitments and data processing terms are published at cloudflare.com.
If you write to us at hotro@vernest.net, the message is forwarded through the Email Routing service of Cloudflare, Inc. to the mailbox we use to read and answer it, provided by Google LLC (United States). These two parties process only your email address and the content of the message you send.
Vernest does not sell, rent or share this data with anyone for advertising.
5. How long it is kept
Cloudflare keeps technical logs for as long as needed to run and protect the website, under Cloudflare’s own policies. Vernest keeps no separate copy of these logs.
6. Your rights
Under Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 91/2025/QH15), you have the right to be informed, and to request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your personal data, and the right to complain. Send your request to the email in section 1; we will reply within the statutory time limit.
7. Changes to this notice
If the website starts doing anything new with data (for example, a newsletter sign-up form), this notice is updated FIRST, with the date at the top of the page.
